Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a vape cartridge last?
Hard to say since everyone uses vapes differently. The number or hits and the size of the hit will impact your mileage. We’ve heard of people using one cartridge per day and others keeping a cartridge for a whole month.
How can I prevent the cartridge from leaking or clogging?
Try and always keep the cartridge upright and at room temperature. THC oil is very sensitive as compared to Nicotine E-Juice. Our oil is derived from plants and needs to be treated with care in order to get the best vaping experience possible.
Can I use my own battery with your vape cartridge?
We do not recommend it.
The reason is our vape batteries are perfectly matched to our 100% ceramic vape cartridges. Batteries that are too powerful will burnout the ceramic coil, or will break the heating elements and leak the oil through the bottom. Those that are not strong enough, won’t vaporize the THC correctly and will not “hit” as hard or at all. They may actually warm up the oil just enough and leak it through the mouth piece.
Our batteries normally sell for $25, but for club members we’ve dropped the price. They are 5x the cost of normal generic pen batteries. It is worth investing a bit more on the battery to get a proper experience.
Please note if you have a broken, leaky or non working (hitting) cart and you do not own one of our batteries (we have order history to verify), then we will not replace/credit you. This is usually a mistake new members make, but please trust us batteries are really worth investment.
Why is the oil in the cartridge so clear?
Distillate is supposed to be as clear and free of impurities as possible. That’s why its called distillate in the first place. If you are used to darker oil its because it had impurities in it.
Our vape oil comes from the California legal market. Since it comes from the California legal market we are using California CAT 3 Oils. California CAT 3 Oils is the highest quality oil due to California regulations. Any dark brown oil you have previously encountered was not a CAT 3 oil. We highly suggest to stop consumption of those carts as it may cause health issues.
